Shipping Policy

OrangeSomer offers convenient and free standard shipping on all orders. Our products are usually shipped from a US Warehouse, we also use international warehouses for world-wide orders. We cut out the middleman so we can pass the best prices on to you. Therefore, orders can take anywhere from 7 to 17 business days for the items to reach you, although it often is delivered quicker than the top end of the time frame.

Processing times vary based on how your item is being shipped. Products will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Your full delivery time frame includes both processing time and the time your item is in transit.

Please note, once your order has been processed it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan your order into its tracking system once. This means your tracking number may not provide updates for up to 48 hours.

Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different location at your home.
