What Shipping Methods Are Available?
OrangeSomer offers convenient and free shipping on all US orders. Our products are usually shipped from a US Warehouse, we also use international warehouses for world-wide orders. We cut out the middleman so we can pass the best prices onto you. Therefore, orders can take anywhere from 5 to 17 business days for the items to reach you, although it often is delivered quicker.
Our Money Back Guarantee is honored if your item is not delivered within 30 days after shipping.
When Will My Order Ship?
Processing times vary based on how your item is being shipped. Products will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, it can then take 48 hours to receive tracking information. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive tracking information.
Products may be shipped separately to receive items as quick as possible. Your full delivery time frame includes both processing time and the time your item is in transit.
How Can I Track My Shipment?
You can view the status of your shipment by visiting our Order Tracking page.
Please note, once your order has been processed it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan your order into its tracking system. This means your tracking number may not provide updates for up to 48 hours.
What If I Never Received My Order?
Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different location at your home.
Track your order, if your order is past the estimated delivery date or has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us for assistance.
